Looks better than most miscers and he barely even lifts.

This is why Cardio + Calisthenics will be my go to in my 40s.

Back when I was snowboarding a lot I rode the lift/rode down with some random 64 year old dude. Double black run. He skiied like he was 30 years old. Perfect physical condition.

Very inspiring and good for him. I hope to carry on being strong and fit as I move into my 60's. I think I'd sacrifice the leanness for a little more muscle bulk......if I can achieve that.
