Deadlift: 200Kgx2
Bench: 100Kgx2
OHP: 60Kgx5
@70Kg bw
Exactly the same lifts as me except the deadlift. Rip herniated disc. Same bw too. What's your height OP?

Mirin transformation hard, but tbh I’ve never seen someone 5’11 and 70 kg look like that srs. Is it pumped? Not jelly just legit curious. You’ve got awesome lat insertions so that goes a long way

Weight means a lot less than what someone actually looks like. Bone size varies across people, and since OP is indian his are likely smaller. As such he doesn’t need a ton of mass to look like a lifer srs

Also lots of people here and on reddit lie about their weight like crazy or intentionally measure it when they’ve eaten something. Srs how many people you think measure weight first thing in the morning after taking a dump?

Also train legs as you see fit. If you’re not competing, you already look very aesthetic to normal people shirtless

Upper chest stands to benefit from more work. Can’t see delts clear enough to assess those. Focus on upper chest before adding leg mass imo

True, or maybe OP is broad but not very deep. Would need to see side pics to tell.

Yeah naturally have tiny wrist and ankles. Super small bone structure, gives of the illusion of size.

This is true, deffs more wider, lacking thickness for sure.

Any tips on bringing up upper chest? Been a weak point for years. srs

I’m curious to see what you look like unpumped. If you’re ever trying to pick up girls irl unpumped (or slight pump from a few hrs ago of workout) is what counts. I’m sure you definitely mog plenty of guys because you’ve got good overall development.

For upper chest do incline at 45 deg. If that doesn’t help do incline at 30 deg. If that doesn’t help use cables for chest squeeze from down to up and across.

Sadly if none of those make a difference your upper chest just may not respond well. You never know though. It’s hard to hit for a lot of people but if you find those right angles/exercises you can make it fill out

Nice frame OP, now when you start actually lifting you're gonna look great!

Jkjk, GJDM, crazy that you weigh so little at that height and look like that, but not unbelievable. And if lifting for aesthetics body weight doesn't mean chit, it's all about how you look. Keep at it man, at 23 you've got a long road ahead.

In all fairness he was a 15 year old child in the before pic. Part of this "transformation" is simply growing up. Not hating, he looks solid at 23 but let's just be honest a 15 vs 23 transformation should look pretty drastic.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."
