Would you still go to the gym right now if you feel a little sick?

Obviously if you have fever and are severely ill, you have to be fairly stupid to go to the gym regardless of whether there is a pandemic or not.

However, if you have minor symptoms would you still go to the gym right now?

Depends entirely on the symptoms.

Example

Studies have proven regular exercise can help contain allergies. Physical activity results in a strong blood flow. This allows allergens to be moved quickly through the body and eliminated via the kidneys and skin.

This is a stupid question because no one can tell how sick you do, or do not feel.

If I feel bad enough to call in to work, I don't go to the gym.

If I have minor cold symptoms I would always go, and feel it helps get past it a lot faster. Sometimes very fast. Right now, I'd probably wait to see how symptoms progressed.

This. And also because soreness is worse when you're sick and you hate life.
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit softly.

sure, it’s easy way to tell if u have covid without having to go get tested, just go and watch the news after a few days to see if there was an outbreak at ur gym, if so then u know u had it and spread it there

My gym just has a sign saying you agree you don't have COVID or symptoms lol. And they don't really enforce the mask policy either. Like they say you need a mask to enter but they honestly don't seem to care, but maybe it's cause I go at evening/night till close.

I absolutely believe in working out through minor sickness like colds and seasonal allergies. Sucks but helps push through it

So yea I’d go.
