Flatmate tested + for C19, I must self isolate for 14 days, how to maintain gains ?

Got no equipment in my tiny room, not even somewhere to do pull ups, I’m also mid way through my first ever glass of orange juice so this has happened at a very convenient time! Any advice?

Do what calisthenics you can and keep eating. Two weeks won't make really any difference in mass (saying that am unfamiliar with the physiology when it involves OJ).

Your body will likely just take it as an opportunity for extended recovery and growth
