exposure
aka facing it, dealing with it. i.e. whatever it is that is causing anxiety
avoidance, avoiding the thing that causes anxiety, exacerbates it

Unfortunately there is no easy solution. I would suggest starting with a list of all of the things that are bothering you. Then start organizing them i.e. problems within your control, problems outside your control, existential problems no one can do anything about, etc.
Then rank order the problems you can do something about yourself. Whether you want to start at the top with the hardest, or the bottom with the easiest, it doesn't matter. Pick randomly. Break that problem down, create a plan to help alleviate it.
You might also benefit from giving up a bad habit or two that is destructive in your life. Something you do to avoid your other problems, which feels good at the time, but ultimately makes you feel worse afterwards.

Anything else could be temporary exposure, but not daily one like work. Anxiety happens when you have too much time on your hands and start overthinking instead of just doing the thing. Oh yeah, the lack of sleep. This one is one of the main reasons why my anxiety can even raise up now. Having some kind of routine when you go to sleep and wake up will help definitelyKeep to myself speak when spoken to, currently unemployed, live with parents.

Often, the returns we all seek are delayed, but they will come. Put in your work, be patient, and don't quit.

also, fwiw, i believe it's generally thought when people don't know what the source is it's usually social anxiety
general anxiety is prob what.. a low self esteem mixed with a bit of anxiety? so kinda like a depressive viewpoint developed from not dealing with it and overcoming it and then "fighting it" and it becomes a general malaise
general is still fixable with setting up your life to how you want it. grabbing life by the balls and constructing what you want
maybe if it's sleep for you try alllll the things you can as hard as you can to ensure you get 6 to 8 hours (find which one is better)

If you've got anxiety, it means you want something, not materialistic, something worth having, and for whatever you don't have it. The only way to fix that, is to go out and get it.
