Down stairs neighbor trying to get us evicted

Phucking loser downstairs is trying to get my roommate and I evicted due to “noise complaints.”

All it is my roommate playing COD very seriously. He gets really into it and will yell and scream swear words frequently while playing. He’s a very short tempered guy and gets extremely emotional about simple chit. One time he kept getting killed in the game so much he put a hole in his coffee table LOL.

I honestly thinks it fcking hilarious and I don’t see how anyone would be upset about it. I mean come on that’s comedy gold. A grown man screaming about a video game. I’m lol’ing just typing this post.

my last downstairs neighbor was on disability and sold weed and his apartment smelled like weed 24/7. Was able to do what the **** ever.

Really nice guy though lived there with his wife also on disability and 3 kids, also super nice respectful kids. Was a bit strange but they seemed like really good people despite being on disability/dealing drugs.

Use to live at this like 3 unit building and below me to the side was this huge gamer . I could literally here him scream at several points through the day

One time I finally lost it with him , and went down to confront and basically said its cool you play video games but please don't f*&king yell when you're playing . Is it really necessary to yell when you play this bs game ? He'd be playing some lame ass soccer game or some bs


There's noise that people can't avoid making that piss people off when it shouldn't, like I had one person below me complain that I " paced around the floor and made too much noise "


But when it comes down to some loser yelling at a video game ...please GTFO ...they aren't wrong to have a problem with that .
