You can't have any bans to apply as a mod, but what if you were banned unjustly?

i would like to become a moderator but i was banned unjustly in the past under corrupt leadership. is there an appeal process for this?

I got banned for like 1 hour once. Appealed and was unbanned. Can't even remember why and what it was for but I remember everyone in the thread was banned lol This was years ago.
