It's all about the role models. People in third world countries have to work hard in order to survive and thus that shapes their personality to be more hard working. However for a lot of blacks, their born into thug culture. When every single person acts like that around you, you will also become like them.

I think the solution for actual racism is for each demographic to acknowledge racism is prevalent within all races. Unless it is condemned from within the respective community itself nothing will change and nobody will listen.
