What was the point of the original lockdown?

What changed?

What was the purpose of the lockdown?

Nothing really changed from before then until now.

What some masks? Arrows on the floor? Plastic shields at registers?

You had to force almost everyone to stay home to do that?

So it was this crazy drastic action to bring in security measures that are marginally effective vs a virus?

theyve moved the goal post so many times.


initially they said everyone will get it and we just need to shutdown for "2 more weeks" so that the hospitals dont get over capacity. Then once it was very clear that the hospital capacity was fine, they changed it to we need to keep the overall numbers down and this cannot end until a vaccine comes out in like 6 months to a year.


complete BS especially when we now know the true mortality rates. 99.9 whatever survival rate.
