Thick, solid, tight, etc, etc. And I know you have the strength to back up the looks too, especially for as light as you are. GJDM all around.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

How much time do you dedicate to bodybuilding?

I'm always impressed of brahs that manage to achieve strong gains while leading a normal 9-5 lifestyle.

Like how do you find the time to make it work? The time needed for proper diet and exercise to execute a physique like OP seems like it would need to be a lifestyle thing. At least a lifestyle where you are able to dedicate lots of time and energy towards it.

I used to do 5 to 6 days a week. In 2018 i can only afford to do 2x a week maybe 3 if lucky. I do high intensity with low vol and low frequency. Honestly it doesnt take as much dedication as ud think if u nail the basic princi's

Get minimum protein, calories in vs calories out, take compound lifts close to failure and isolations to failure amd ull look great (provided u got 15% bf)
