Rule No. 1:Misc is not fair. Get used to it. The average miscer uses the phrase "It's not fair" 8.6 times a day. You got it from your parents, who said it so often you decided they must be the most idealistic generation ever. When they started hearing it from their own kids, they realized Rule No. 1.

Rule No. 2:The Misc won't care as much about your self-esteem as much as you do. We expect you to post something quality before you feel good about yourself. This may come as a shock. Usually, when inflated self-esteem meets reality, kids complain that it's not fair. (See Rule No. 1)

Rule No. 3: Sorry, you won't make 40,000k reps right out of your first month of miscing. And you won't be a Mod or have a platinum membership either. You may even have to post something that isn't about women, manlets, or tradies.

Rule No. 4:If you think your miscers are tough, wait 'til you get a mod angry. They don't have to earn reps, so they tend to be a bit edgier. When you get negged to the red, they're not going to ask you how you feel about it.

Rule No. 5: Posting pictures is not beneath your dignity. Old miscers had a different saying, pics or negs. They called it Mandatory. They weren't embarrassed making posting the hambeasts they were phucking either. They would have been embarrassed to sit around in their moms basement making up fantasy HBBs and posting no pictures.

Rule No. 6: Before you were here your mods weren't as strict as they are now. They got that way removing your chit posts, cleaning up your celltech talk. And by the way, before you post nudes realize you will be permanently banned.

Rule No. 7:Your subreddit may have done away with winners and losers. The misc hasn't. In some subreddits, they'll give you as many times as you want to get the preferred answer. This, of course, bears not the slightest resemblance to anything in misc. (See Rule No. 1, Rule No. 2 and Rule No. 4.)

Rule No. 8: The misc is divided into sections, and you don't get to post political chit in the main forum off. Posters expect you to post in the correct sections every time. And you don't get a new account every 10 weeks. While we're at it, very few miscers are interested in fostering your self-expression or helping you find the girls.

Rule No. 9:Tinder is not real life. Your life is not being held back by chad. Your problems will not all be solved in 30 paragraphs explaining why you think tripple texting her will result in something positive. In real life, people who aren't socially retarded get girlfriends.

Rule No. 10:Be nice to Mods. You may end up getting repped by one. We all could.
