I'm mildly allergic but I've had a lb of wild shrimp for dinner 2 nights this week srs

Farmed shrimp are not worth it

I mean, if you buy some at the grocery store they aren't that expensive (definitely not the cheapest thing though).

Shrimp + cocktail sauce = is quite tasty and real easy. Some great macros too.

My wife picked up this allergy and it's fukking annoying. Brb can't eat half the menu anymore.

I just get a mild rash if I, for example, eat a lb of it every day for a week. It'll keep worsening if I keep doing it. To be honest, I would eat a lb of wild seafood every day if I could get away with it srs

To answer your question, if she's having a severe reaction, I wouldnt chance it, but my allergies in general seem to be way lower since I've been maintaining a sufficient vitamin d level (no homo)

Excellent source of lean protein. Good protein to fat ratio is what I mean.

Depending on how you cook them they can be really tasty.

However, where I live, it's not worth it financially speaking. They can be pretty expensive.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
