i doubt zyzz really died from a congenital heart defect

prolly just spazzed out on a lethal combo cocktail of stims and fat burners, but the "congenital heart defect" was a tidy excuse for the parents to make out that their son wasn't actually a degen junkie

I mean technically his heart did have a genetic weakness to being overloaded with juice and drugs just like everybody else, so technically...

except coke and e and other chit in conjunction with their monumental steroid intake, also prolly only take fat burners in the weeks leading up to a show as opposed to zyzz who most likely used them year round
