Driver resists officers. Driver tries to take taser away from officer while being tased. Driver tased until handcuffed. New and exciting.

That he was resisting and not following instructions. I do think you can also argue it was excessive force and he was being a bit impatient though but it's not like the cop just felt like beating people that day.

BLM is about black people and black people only, but they only care about white on black attacks regardless if it's justified or not.
