Rate my post workout meal misc



2 fillets of salmon for that D
100g ox heart with some scallions and cumin and paprika seasoning for that B12
some random frozen veg sauteed as I didn't have any fresh veg left in the fridge
knock it down with some basmati rice
Now a swimmer brah (backstroke and medley)

200m IM LC: 2:10.67

Delicious brah, very underrated offal. Know people usually rave over liver but the texture is hit and miss for me. Plus you get like 900% of your daily Vit A and B12 from only 100g of it.
