Opinions on this condo??? (downtown Toronto)

Full listing:

If you think it’s just the average one-bedroom cookie cutter.. you are right except it has direct access to the rooftop patio

I'm in the market for this price range (first time buyer)

Getting mixed reactions from friends who are either mirin the type of parties I can throw or saying “lack of privacy”

Looks like a place patagucci would buy to try and impress those disgusting toronto hoes. Probably throw himself off the balcony after some swamp donkey rejects him later.

This isn't a thread on housing prices..

It's only in demand because it's filled with techno ****** and Chinese sweatshop money, though. Imagine paying a 5x multiplier just to live near them lmao.

That condo will be $30M by then. What do you do to be making that kind of scratch and are they hiring?

Pretty standard 1BR for Toronto.

With the market in its current state i imagine you could find many similar to this in this price range. If that area is ideal for you than go for it. Dem condo fees are no joke and are subject to change - make sure you have enough to cover fluctuating costs.

Personally, i dont like the fort york area as there isnt much to do over there in terms of grocery store variety, restaurants, bars, etc.

Looks like something a cuck would buy. Alpha males are living in penthouses, 4 bedroom houses with huge backyards, or 3 acres of open land

Yeah I think prices will continue to soften a bit so I'm probably buying early-mid next year

Fort york is a lot more livable imo than King/Queen West (where I'm renting now). I'd rather be 5 mins away from the bars than 2 seconds lol

At 25 in the city, I'd do it. No way I'd want the rooftop right there when I'm a senior executive.

People don't really use the amenities at condo buildings... Most of the time I've gone to the rooftop patio at my current building there is either no one there or like 1/2 people. And this building is a higher rise with more units too.

Will be more privacy than people think but still don't think I would pull the trigger. If it had a pool then maybe hmmmm

I'd take that money and buy a few hundred acres of land and have a large garden/ small farm. **** you could almost retire on that much money.
