Nicotine apparently number one on lists of both most addictive drug physically and most addictive drug mentally. Beats heroin, crack, pills, caffeine etc.
Careful when you pick up a cig boyos.

I'm a former paramedic and 911 medical calls for withdrawal symptoms are extremely common.
It's always alcohol and other hard drugs, NEVER EVER nicotine. What does that tell you? Those things are FARR more physically addicting.
Only someone with zero real world experience would ever believe heroin is less addicting than nicotine. srs.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Cigarettes are garbage. A good cigar once in a while is nice!

You said nicotine addiction is worse than those hard drugs, which is a joke, srs. Nobody who has been around those things would ever say such nonsense.
Nicotine is legit one of the most harmless things you can be addicted too, as far as toxicity. I said nicotine, not cigarettes.

What I've never understood is, why even start smoking? Most people say something like peer pressure, and that's just sad.

I don't smoke regularly anymore(maybe average a couple cigs per week), but I truly do enjoy it. Don't plan to ever really give it up.
However, I live around a bunch of college kids and they look at me like I'm some kind of neanderthal if I'm out having a smoke midday. It's definitely a very foreign concept to the majority of middle class people under 25 nowadays. However, while traveling people still smoke all over the place so I think this is more of an American thing.

I used to smoke cigarettes. smoked since junior year in high school on and off. I haven't had one in almost 6 months now. there really is nothing quite like a cigarette or anything that can compare to that satisfaction. If I had the control to only have one a week I'd still smoke but I can't, it will slowly get to a pack a day. Especially love to have one after a flight, after a big meal or when drinking. my fav was American Spirits
