What annoys people I guess is cuz the excuse for the delay(shipments) could have been foreseen way back. They should have given it thought when they announce the delay to November.

Hopefully they have chill bosses like me who let them reschedule. But honestly this means I prob won’t be able to play right away. Prob be too busy in December to take a day or two. Was gonna try to squeeze it in November.

been looking forward to this game for a long time. after the battlefield V debacle, i swore off pre-ordering entirely. however when CDPR put out the 'buy everything' we've done bundle, which included a preorder for cyberpunk, i bought that. i got big things happening in early '21 which will prevent my from playing for the most part, so a delay at this point sucks. but i'm of the opinion that i'd rather have a polished game that doesn't immediately require 900 patches to be playable, and if a little more time is what it takes, you can have it.

thanks to that bundle, i have all 3 witchers to play through anyways, so it's not like i'm lacking for content.

its been a 7 year wait and its been officially delayed for 9 months in total.

It is an issue. Customers have a right to be mad at companies fuking up constantly. People took vacation time for this game

They could delay it another year and I wouldn't bat an eye srs. Witcher 3 bought them that much goodwill. I'll buy it day 1 regardless, and legit lol @ the copers that want this to fail. Jason Schreier also reported that CDPR's CEO had to apologize internally for downplaying the crunch devs were put through to meet the release dates.

I honestly wouldn't have cared if they never put an actual release date... CDPR has bought enough trust when it comes to delivering a quality product, and what they've shown so far points to 2077 being a banger. Release when it's ready, but stop telling people it'll come out on day X only for the date to be pushed back continuously.

Meh, I don't care much about the work environment drama of the companies I buy video games from. Do they put out good games without level gating and microtransactions? That's all you need to do to be far above industry average in my eyes.

Depends how bad you are itching to play I guess. I was always planning to wait for next gen versions to play CP. PS5 and Series X will provide a much better experience than current gen consoles.

I got it free with my 3080, so ill give it a go once i have finished optimising my case fans on my new build, which at this rate is going to take me longer than it’s going to take CDPR to release CP.
