15 weeks cutting progress. 25 pounds down

Hey all, just sharing my cutting progress, planning to cut down until I’m happy with my mid section.
Maybe another 4-6 weeks I’m thinking.

Just some stats and info

Height: 178cm/5’10
Weight: 85.7kg/189lbs down to 74.5kg/164lbs

Using a typical PPL routine 6 days a week.
Eating in a 500-600 calorie deficit.
.8 - 1g per body weight in pounds protein , at least 50g of fats and the rest carbs.
Having a maintenance day every so often if I feel rough. I’ve had 16 maintenance days in the last 15 weeks.
I’ve had 2 cheat days where I smashed a whole pizza and garlic bread from dominos, it’s my favourite, don’t judge me lmao

Link below
First pic is at start of cut
Second pic is today relaxed
Third is today flexed

Looking good buddy boyo got you off rc. Depresses me a bit knowing how much I'm going to have to cut to get back to sloot slayer form. Currently bulking at 90kg (up from 85kg since quarantine ended two months ago) and still leanish, but want to bloat up to 95kg so when I shred I don't have to get lower than 90kg again have those crucial sloot slaying abs.

Also JFL I have the same tattoo of my last name on my chest with the exact same lettering and design. Phuckin being an edgy 18 year old, not even once.

Already knew boyo, it is the edgy 18-yo starter kit. Gotta tell these sloots what time it is.

Do you hit them with this line ever?

"Uh why would you get you surname tattooed on your chest."
"Oh you know, don't wanna forget how to spell it."

Your results prove that obese powerlifters are nothing more than undisciplined copers. Repped.

Also, did you consider getting your surname tattooed in this way:

Nope, I said it because powerlifters are copers who try to claim their dadbod physiques look better than lean "twinks".

Ohhh I get you. I’ll never support the dadbod appearance even though I get there at times lol I’m too displeased with the before picture to stay that way, the extra strength isn’t even worth it. Especially when power lifting isn’t the goal

She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.
