I don’t do any cardio at all, if I want to eat extra that’s the only time I will. That’s very rarely though. It’s hardly worth it in my case

Thanks, I’ve lost some strength on the squat and bench press and I’ve actually gained strength on my bent over rows. I did a form reset a few weeks ago and concentrating on the squeeze so that’s possibly made all the difference. Feeling great though. Stronger than I was at the end of my last cut anyway
