What to do with disposable income?
I have retirement and personal investment accounts already. How to moneymaxx with leftover money? I feel like real estate is mostly a long-term income. I suppose I could invest more in my career, but I’m pretty happy with where I currently am. I don’t think that knowledge alone is gonna get me to that joosy CIO position.

Just lol @ everyone saving up on stocks that will pay off in 20 years when you can’t even walk anymore.

-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

If you're invested in retirement/personal income accts and truly have disposable income then it's a good chance to make money. The other answer would just be to pump the disposable cash to beef up your other investments.
Maybe give swing trading a shot to get your feet wet

I like real estate investments, especially when interest rates are super low these days. I net about ~3k a month from my two rentals. I don't spend it, just throw it towards principle to pay off one of the homes quicker and move onto the next.
I dabbled in stonks for a while, but don't know much about it or have time to seriously do research so now I just do those retirement/roth accounts and not worry about the crazy swings.

If it was me I'd spend it. I've already done the math to get to my goal net worth at my goal retirement age, with a slight cushion. Seeing as life is short and you get a finite amount of time to spend it all, you shouldn't spend anymore time on planning or anymore money on saving for the future than you have to in order to reach your goals. Once you've got that on autopilot you set it, forget it, and live in the present.

$19.5k/yr in 401k
$6k/yr in IRA
However much house you can/want to buy
Rest into stocks
Multifamily real estate is one of the only other asset classes that can stand up to the stock market, and RIP when biden re-enacts the new homeowner credit

Be careful with real estate, if you're not getting any mortgage rebate, and paying tax on resell its a huge monetary black hole.
Colleague of mine put all he has into homes, 7 so far, didn't realise he can't claim tax back form mortgage repayments anymore and when he sells the property will incur a 40% tax on any profit made on orginial purchase(given money devlues over time, this is the real killer)
Best bet, if you have the change, buy into a fund of a hedge fund, let a pro make you 10%+ on it
