Nothing to do with the other people on the side, but we had other differences I just couldn't get past. He had a TERRIBLE video game addiction and I was doing literally everything in the house, including paying all of the bills, while he was spending 12+ hours playing Runescape.

I knew that it was over when I finished almost 13 hours of work (vanilla job, not OF) and he bitched when I asked him to mow the lawn with our riding lawnmower. He couldn't get it started and threw a huge fit so I just did it for him.

I did legit everything. Maintained the lawn, snowblowed, all of the chores, all of the cooking.
The most he did was whine when I didn't get the days chores done.

sounds about right for a gaming addict. I have been there myself although not as severe, I always had a job, paid my bills, did my fair share around the house etc... but I know how that goes.

Sounds like you definitely made the right choice.
