Would you be willing to sacrifice years of your life to be better looking, taller, or have bigger penis?

I'd gladly give 10 years of my life for 4 more inches and 3+ points on the face.

Sure, I'd trade maybe 5 years to be a 10 tall enough to count without back problems.

Actually, make it 4 years. 1.5 height, 2 points, .5 either looks or length. Do not really need either, except I think you can lose both as you age.

I've aged well. Not over 6', just barely under it. Most girls are shorter than me. Face, bone structure, muscle attach points, skin tone......I won the lottery there. Norwood zero, barely any grey. I would trade 10 years for a bigger penis and be 6'3" so long as I keep the same bone structure, muscle attach points. Some guys over 6' have structure of piss, don't want to be that.
