Anyway how much you shelling out for the dogs? And why get working line unless you're into schutzhund or trials or something? Do they make good pets for an avg joe?
Lol big compliment. Maybe.

2k for the puppy. Working lines are healthier and I felt had a bit more natural protective and guarding instinct. Not opposed to protection sports but was thinking more along the lines of just harnessing their extra drive for a higher level of general obedience training.

Basically I wanted to shell out the money for the smartest dog I could. Research pointed me in this direction. Breeder let us come out and see all her dogs, was cool.

Almost went with a Rottie but local breeders werent allowing visits.

Nice man. Check out Mike Ritland's channel on youtube. He's a dog trainer and former dog handler in the SEAL teams so he has a ton of experience and some good instructional chit on his page too. From what I've seen of those working line dogs, they're extremely high energy and seem like they need an experienced hand. I would eventually love to get working line gun dog (i have a labrador but no experience hunting) and I think for those kinds of sports working line is the way to go. Have you had and trained dogs in the past?

Lol love Mike Drop his podcast. Yeah already looked up some of his vids.

On r/c ill get you later.

Most high drive dogs I've had have been real American Pitbull Terriers. Im moving away from the breed. Had a labrador, few mixed breeds and small terriers. This will be my first real "working line" dog.

I should say we were very honest with ourselves and the breeder about our lifestyle and training skills. Looks like this will be a good fit for us. I had been looking into some of the rarer breeds like Caucasian Ovcharkas, Filas and Boerboels but got a little intimidated about being able to handle one especially my gf.

Good luck with your GSD brah. Mine is about 4.5 years old. Tons of energy and super smart. She has separation anxiety which is the only downfall. I think you can beat that though if youre really on top of the training. Are you crate training?

Just had one lol. Was bummed I wanted a son, definitely safer and easier.

Whatever, daughters do what they are allowed to get away with. You do this **** in my family and there are consequences. All I can do.

Also gonna give it to her straight.

"You do this and no good man will take you seriously". Your choice.

Then again maybe she'll be ugly and forced to develop a personality.

Yes we will be crate training. Thanks, Im pretty confident in our ability to handle this. We are pretty active and the breeder recommend a trainer who works with working dogs.

We were 100% transparent about our experience with the breeder and she seemed to think we were fine. She has a great reputation. Most of her dogs are IGP3/IPO3

I scrolled way too far before I realized all the pictures weren't of the same girl.
I have always wanted to become a tampon. My dream is to be inserted into a woman's chamber of love and absorb her lady juices.
