This Is Something Everyone Should Include In Their Diet IMO

Sprouts:https://www.healthline.com/nutrition...OC_TITLE_HDR_6
-Highly nutritional and contain a lot of necessary vitamins and minerals
-Tons of health benefits including anti-cancerous properties
-Very easy to grow yourself
-Helps regulate blood sugar, helps digestion, etc.

How To Grow Your Own Sprouts:
-The simplest way is to buy sprouting jars that have stainless steel lids and grating like so:https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Foods-733...grocery&sr=1-6
-Buy sprouting seeds with high germination rates
-Put 2 tbsp of seeds in a jar, and fill the jar 3/4 with water to let the seeds soak overnight
-Next day dump water out, rinse the seeds by adding more water and swishing around, then pour the water out
-Place jars at an angle in a bowl or buy a stand specifically to angle the jars to drip out excess water
-Rinse seeds 2-3 times a day to keep moist
-Keep them out of the sun by storing in dark space or covering with a towel
-After they sprout enough to fill the jar (usually 4-6 days depending on seeds) leave them in the sunlight for 4-6 hours to help green them
-Enjoy

Video To Show You How:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sMvtFgy2Gs

These are my sprouts after 4 days:

I think this is something everyone should do. Instead of popping multivitamins or even eating a ton of different vegetables with every meal, sprouts are an easy way to get in nutrients, and you can grow them every 3-6 days within your own house.

Are these different than the variety of sprouts you can buy in any grocery store?

I mean, i get the health benefit aspect of the post, I'm just not seeing why the **** I'd grow them myself when I can just buy them?

They are like 2$ for a box of sprouts.

They taste great but read the part about contamination, OP. They’re one of if not the single biggest source of food borne illness in the developed world. They’re not something you should eat daily.

There is literally zero work. You can't fill jars 2-3 times a day with water and pour it out?

Yes you can buy them. But with sprouts, you shouldn't trust grocery stores. They are contained horribly and the real issues with the "contamination" idiocy that is pushed about sprouts, comes from improper storage. You have no idea where that chit has been.

If you grow it at home, it touches only a jar.

That's false. That's only for improper growth and storage, which you will get from grocery stores most likely. Never met one person that has ever contracted salmonella or E.coli

You have a greater chance of contracting either of those from chipotle than growing your own sprouts. Plus, you can just cook them if you're that much of a pussy. It's similar to the campaign against drinking raw milk and saying that it causes bacterial infections because it isn't homogenized. That's absurd.

Also, the "outbreaks" have been 48 total over the past couple DECADES.

Every fruit or vegetable you have ever ate went through the exact same process.

Have you ever eaten anything not from the grocery store....you know like every human ever besides the past couple decades of civilization?

Try growing your own food without pesticides, anti-biotics, and stuff that touches tons of different hands, travels on semi-trucks, and is grown in horrible conditions.

You can buy them from amazon. But I bought mine from a small business just to help them out vs. amazon.

This site pretty much as everything. I bought $45 worth of seeds and basically have 200k seeds that will last me quite a long time. I bought fenugreek, 3 mix (broccoli, radish, alfalfa), mung bean, and 5 part salad mix

Nice to see an intelligent wise fella on here who can see the truth. Was on recharge last time still am. Unfortunately raw milk is illegal in Canada. But there’s ways around it.

Healthy Keto with some supplementation (wheatgrass, electrolytes, trace minerals, k2+d3)
Lemon juice
Natural spring water
No sugar (no cravings on this diet either)
Probiotic food (sauerkraut)
Raw milk (not too much, one cup max)
Bone broth with some veggies
Organ meat once a week
Grass fed organic beef (it’s a myth that it’s more expensive. Only marked up once not twice.)

Extreme hnnngg feeling. I did this without the sauerkraut raw milk and bone broth and let me tell you I felt like I was 16 years old. The energy was fakn crazy

Sprouts are big green things you eat at xmas.
What you are growing is cress. I.e. egg and cress sandwiches (try them, hard boil some eggs, mash it up with some salt, pepper and mustard, mix in cress and eat)

Yes you're right. Sprouted seeds are poison for you. But make sure to try DMT, drink energy drinks, and drink alcohol!

No. This is not cress nor watercress. I don't use hydroponics, and cress/watercress are specific types of herbs.

Type in cress and watercress and look at the images.

Sprouts are shoots of vegetable seeds. I use the jar method. These are fenugreek and radish/broccoli/alfalfa sprouts. Sprouts of these specific seeds. I also have mung beans and another mix.

Type in sprouts in google and search the images. You'll see you're way off here.

I don't think you and catfunt know what you're talking about.

Read above.

I've never heard anyone growing water cress....not in potting soil or hydroponics.

You guys ever grow either of them?

Nah, this is the one food my oncologist has specifically told me to avoid. It's probably okay for most populations to consume but certainly not "everyone." It's pretty cool though that you're growing your own.

Yea because when you're undergoing cancer treatment or have low white blood cell counts, you don't really eat or are supposed to eat raw anything. I'm sure you don't eat raw nuts, raw fish, raw honey, raw or unpasteurized anything.

It's called hyperbole. But ofcourse you pick the one word and apply it to your very specific world view to virtue signal about it.
