Friggin' Alberta of peace. It's really warm this week here in Quebec. I think it's supposed to be like 20C on Tuesday (70ish F for my southern friends).

Gorgeous weekend. Unseasonably warm but taking advantage of it thoroughly.
*Look at reflection in car window and flex every time crew*
*Use half the roll to wipe after a poo crew*
*Fart in the gym and blame rotten smell on faulty ventilation crew*
*Fart at home and blame it on the dog crew*
*Watch neutron-star density poop mock me as water flushes around it and it stays put crew*
*Drive 2 minutes in the summer and back of shirt gets completely wet crew*
*Coffee black as midnight on a moonless night crew*
*Fat shame my cat on a daily basis crew*

we top out at 24 today, 22 tomorrow. Then back into the teens. Whisper breeze, not a cloud in the sky. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Enjoy it while it lasts.

Ah I miss Edmonton. Usually go up several times every winter to catch some Oiler games in my uncles company box.

Except -40 never again. No thanks Jeff. I stepped outside of the airport and briefly choked myself it was so cold.

I’m kind of pissed.

My condo building turned off the AC in anticipation of the colder weather.

Now it’s an oven in my 600 square foot 1 bedroom overpriced shoe box I rent.

Just sweatin buckets over here.

Pretty much. Mid 40s usually with the occasional artic air from y'all up there that might give us a snow event or two every year. I prefer Edmonton winters though. I can handle cold just -40 is too much. At least you get to see the sun. Skating on frozen ponds is also GOAT. One of these days I'm going to crash my uncles neighbors back yard. He has a full rink setup back there and it's quite impressive.

The sun does make it a bit better. You can't help but to smile when you're being blinded by the sun. Why'd you bring up pond hockey? Those were the f'ing days. Drill a hole and drop some brews in the water. Play for a while and then finish up with some brews.

Not sure why pond hockey came to mind. I mentioned my uncles company box and started thinking about when I can go up again which somehow reminded me about his neighbors backyard rink. No idea how that went through my mind but it did.
