Walked out of Wawa without paying, bad decision? (srs)

There was 1 cashier and like 15 people in line all the way to the fridge. Sat in line for like 10 min then just walked out with my food and coffee after the cashier ran in to a problem with a massive line and nobody to help her.

I did that once. I was at a stress level of 11/10 and waited for 15 minutes because "the computers are acting weird."

Finally I just walked out and never went back there again. I've been on the run ever since. AMA about life as an outlaw.

Used to work in a food store overnight (24 hours). System would go down every night around 3am to do whatever it did for like 10 minutes.

If anyone came in, I’d tell them to just take their chit and leave. Surprised no one took advantage and came in nightly lol.

Zero fuks given op, especially some cashier at a hell hole wawa or whatever the fuk it’s called
