Hold me brahs, curbed the absolute fuk out of my wheel this morning

I park along a main road so I try to get a close to the curb as possible so no dip**** side swipes my car while they're texting. Welp, got a little too close this morning and dug into my passenger front wheel real deep like. Took all the namaste I had and 3 sessions on the Sam Harris waking up meditation app to stop me from raging.

Used to care at first but after doing it more than 3 times I just don't care anymore. I have 20inch wheels as well.

No fun at all. Thankfully haven't done that in 10+ years but I have 3+ pairs of wheels for each car so it wouldn't be an issue anyway. I'd just buy one new wheel rather than trying to get it half-assed fixed SRS

The last time I had one of the wheels replaced it ended up being slightly off color from the rest because the others have been aged by the sun.

I feel for ya brah, curbing a clean set of wheels for the first time is an awful feeling. My wife curbed one of hers pulling out of the bank drive through less than a week after we bought her new ride. Facepalm.jpg

Each Wheel cost 275? I was going to suggest to get it fixed.. $100 - $150.

I don't even park near any curbs or go anywhere where that requires street parking so I have no idea how I got this one.. guy made it look like it never happened though so I'm happy.

Pretty easy repair, even without removing the tyre, or having tools like grinders.

You can buy sandpaper and level the edges, then by paint of the right code, use playing cards to cover the tyre, prime, then spray. Good as new.

YouTube saves the cost of repair.

It sucks but if you live where you have to street park you can't let stuff like that bother you. Hundreds of cars a day passing by your car a few inches away. Chit is bound to happen regardless.
