I’ve felt this way as long as I can remember. Just depressed, bored and unhappy. Not always sad, but just empty. And it’s very easy for something to move me from feeling low to extra low.

Is this how most people feel? Or do most people actually have happiness and a slight buzz from doing the simple things in life.

Welcome to my life where one day seamlessly bleeds into the next as I work myself one day closer to death.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

True true. I was thinking this too. Like I try not to cope. I’m too critical of myself to go out and drink and do drugs. So I think I pay the price there by not having as much happiness.

When I was younger... I shook it off around 25-28 maybe. I find that the older I get, the "happier" I become. More appreciative of things mainly.

Mindfulness mostly addresses this. Also caring about your family.

This is true, with time and age you learn to need less out of life and enjoy your brain for what it is

Pretty much this.

Due to potatoes, the human species has branched our into many sub species.

The top tier exists and it is beautiful up here.
