Just got back from the hospital boyos (PIC)

33 y/o, had a kidney stone. Dont wish that pain on no man ever. Was horrible.

I hate thinking about the possibility of one day getting kidney stones. Let me ask you two questions: 1) did you develop it from simply not drinking enough water? They say creatine use causes an increased risk, that + not drinking water would be my best guess. And finally, 2) did they give you anything that helped with your pain significantly?

I dont drink enough water, i drink tea more than anything to keep awake. I am currently not taking creatine. And they just prescribed me Motrin to take, along with flo-max to pass the stone.

Yeah apparently they occur normally from caffeine & uric acid (?) But usually they just get blasted out through a thick stream. If you catch a big one early enough they can just drill a hole somewhere in your tubes to make it easier to pass if im recalling a urologist appointment with my gramps correctly
