Guthrie is a nut on the guitar. Watching him play makes no sense. I've met him before and he's a really chill, sweet guy too. Very well spoken and appreciative of the fact that he can now play guitar for a living and keep honing his craft.

He's such an unbelievably clean player as well. He doesn't need to hide behind all kinds of distortion, fuzz, or effects. Compared to him, I'm such a sloppy player (lol). Definitely one of the most talented guitar players alive today. If you've never seen The Aristocrats live, you're doing yourself a disservice in life dead srs.

Yes, and it's a beautiful thing to behold. I know lots of great guitarists with sloppy technique. It's tough to master that really crystal clear sound when playing.
