If a jetliner was on a conveyor belt...
I.e. a powered conveyor belt (like a treadmill) which always matched the jets rolling speed, in calm weather conditions, would it take off or no?

I think it will take off
The propellars are going full power so its still suckin in air and expelling it. Basically the pilot can sit on the treadmill and whenever hes ready pull back and make it fly

Doesn't a jet get thrust from its jets and not the wheels even on the ground? Then the wheels don't mean anything, it would still move at whatever speed the jets are pushing it at and the wheels would just spin twice as fast

A treadmill isn't going to make a plane stationary. You might tear off the landing gear/blow up the tyres, but the plane is still going to move forward.

The problem is planes aren't designed to go max speed on their landing gear - the friction would tear off the landing gear way before the wheel friction was enough to equal the force of the engines.the conveyer belt doesn't matter, the thrust from the engines will still cause the plane to move forward, doesn't matter the speed of the wheels.

It would take off. The wheels are free rolling and so there will be minimal force or friction in the backward direction regardless of how fast the belt moves in the opposite direction. The thrust of the engine is the primary moving force and the plane would eventually take off even if there was some small friction applied.
