Testosterone still on the decline (2020 study)

There was the 2007 study that threw up a red flag

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17062768/
Results: We observe a substantial age-independent decline in T that does not appear to be attributable to observed changes in explanatory factors, including health and lifestyle characteristics such as smoking and obesity. The estimated population-level declines are greater in magnitude than the cross-sectional declines in T typically associated with age.
Conclusions: These results indicate that recent years have seen a substantial, and as yet unrecognized, age-independent population-level decrease in T in American men, potentially attributable to birth cohort differences or to health or environmental effects not captured in observed data.
Now a more recent study that came out this past January says its still declining. This study is apparently the first one done on adolescent/young adult men

Poor diet, exposure to harmful chemicals, lack of sunlight, lack of exercise. Smoking actually raises test.

that's cope. more so due to all the pollutants in the water, air and food. even the coating of non-stick pans have been proven to lower testosterone levels

micro plastics are in the water supply and most people drink from plastic bottles.

I read recently that over consumption of dairy products, cheese in particular can lower testosterone levels. If true, with the Wuhan virus lock downs in Democrat run states, Dominos business has been doing good business I've read.

https://vitalityinternalmedicine.com...20testosterone.

excerpt:

Various kinds of cheeses are available in many romantic supper dates (pasta, pizza…etc.). Even though consumption of daily is not bad, it isn’t recommended to take such high amounts on a regular basis. Cheese made from cow’s milk can seriously mess with your body’s organic hormonal production. Not only that, but most cheeses will contain synthetic hormones that can conflict with your body’s hormones.

It is to be understood here that cheese consumption is not bad; it is the overconsumption these foods that lower testosterone. Don’t let these foods do harm and risk lowering your testosterone.....

3rd world countries are more polluted.

India/China for example.

And those things are common knowledge & have been prevalent since the dates studied in the paper (i think).

Unless plastic water bottles & none stick pans didnt exist in the 90s.

the food makes a massive difference. American kids are eating genetically modified foods, artificial sugars, and trans fats. then they wonder why they look like shtt and have low test

microwaving food in plastic. plastics in clothing all have ben proven to lower testosterone

not testosterone. I've said before that HGH levels for American children will be higher than that of their average third world counterpart

its why most kids outgrow their immigrant parents
Some of the approved drugs are synthetic versions of the natural hormones, such as trenbolone acetate and zeranol. Just like the natural hormone implants, before FDA approved these drugs, FDA required information and/or toxicological testing in laboratory animals to determine safe levels in the animal products that we eat (edible tissues).Furthermore, FDA required that the manufacturers demonstrate that the amount of hormone left in each edible tissue after treatment is below the appropriate safe level. As described above, a safe level is a level which would be expected to have no harmful effect in humans.

Really, that's interesting that ingestion of testosterone infused foods wouldn't have a positive impact on test.

I think the guy took exception to you criticising whacking off to instagram asses lol

I don't think chickens are even given hormones, they're just selectively bred to be monstrous. Herbicides like atrazine get infused into the soil and affect everything though. The rabid anti-saturated fat propaganda probably has a lot to do with it. People are obsessed with 'lean meat' and cholesterol being bad for you. There are too many factors to pin it on one thing, everything mentioned ITT contributes.

Trans fats are less now than they were in the 90s. Negative press about trans fats pressured mfgs to produce trans fat free foods. The phobia of trans fats started in the mid 90shttps://academic.oup.com/nutritionre.../5/138/1820288

If I were to guess, I'd say heavy metals or pollution. But as someone posted above, pollution was bad in the 90s when test was higher. So there goes that idea.

Maybe not enough vitamin E? Lot of research seems to show vitamin e protects the testicles from things like cadmium and mercury. Going down a list of foods that contain a lot of vitamin E, I don't think Americans get much of it.

Definitely, didn't want to bring this up but US government for generations has been cucked by FDA lobbyists who don't care about society (which is fine, capitalism & all) but its the government's job to regulate what they can actually get away with feeding people since free market no regs won't work if people are already eating themselves in to chemical castration.

10 year old account with 49 posts comes in to tell you to stop eating meat, not suspect at all. We all know vegetarians and vegans have test through the roof!

Quality meat, eggs and dairy are foods which are generallygoodfor testosterone production!

When I was growing up eating Kid Cuisine and other bullchit, the instructions always said to remove the plastic wrap before microwaving. Now all of my TV dinners say to leave it on. There’s no way consuming melted plastic is good for you.

The containers themselves are made of plastic. If you're going to eat microwavable meals always tip them onto a plate before heating.

Better than being low test naturally.

Or are some of you unaware of the poor health conditions correlated to low T?

Pretty sure most males should be on TRT right now. It’s not a bad thing. People need to stop stigmatizing it because that’s why we have so many soyboys running around.

Medicate up in all your ADHD meds but god forbid you supplement to get your T levels in normal range.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Isn't it better to use HCG or serm's to try and get your level up? TRT is still a lifetime commitment.

LOOL dairy is not decreasing test. If anything, we are eating LESS dairy than we used to since now everyone’s drinking soy and other hippie milks because of the fear mongering around dairy. The hormones in dairy are minuscule and will be deactivated by the liver.

I would say the biggest diet factor is the increase in processed junk foods and vegetable oils over the years, and everyone avoiding red meat, eggs and yea, full fat dairy products, that actually support hormone production.

Not to mention the rampant use of pesticides and other hormonal disrupting chemicals in our so called ‘healthy’ food supply (grains, vegetables...)

It's all the estrogen in tapwater and in the food we eat. It's pretty obvious the government prefer low test males. Less aggressive violent groups of people are easier to control.
