I'm sure the declining curve is in line with the increase in how much fatter everyone is these days

Skeptical unless it's because of all the chit that is used during the production of cheese.

Pretty sure most males should be on TRT right now. Itโ€™s not a bad thing. People need to stop stigmatizing it because thatโ€™s why we have so many soyboys running around.

Medicate up in all your ADHD meds but god forbid you supplement to get your T levels in normal range.
DAMN right! I think every adult male should get levels checked regularly. TRT ain't bad, need less low test *******s running around and pussing down our population.

From the study:
While controlling for year of study, age, race, body mass index (BMI), comorbidity status, alcohol use, smoking status and level of physical activity.
Jesus christ.

My #1 theory was "sedentary lifestyle", but they've controlled for level of physical activity??

So.. this has to be environmental??

Yeah even the leaner males are having lower testosterone.

Seems like it has to be environmental, something about the food (like lack of vitamin e or phytoestrogens), or our culture. I can't think of anything else that hasn't been ruled out.

I guess it could also be diet..

With "low fat" and "low cholesterol" being billed as healthy diets, maybe that's the problem people are having, fat and cholesterol being essential for T production

birth control pill hormones and other pharma and agro chemicals in the water is my top pick.
From 1999 to 2009 Barber and colleagues looked for nine compounds and their metabolites, many of which are known to disrupt the endocrine system, in the effluent from wastewater treatment plants in Duluth and St. Paul, Minnesota, Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis and Akron, Ohio. They found all nine compounds in every plant's effluent.

Itโ€™s not always the parent compound that researchers are looking for. The compounds are partially broken down when they go through wastewater treatment plants.

However, they break down into metabolites that persist and still exhibit endocrine disrupting properties.

โ€œThey go down the drain, through the sewers, through the wastewater treatment plant, back into stream, and many are converted into more biologically active forms than what they started as,โ€ Barber said.

Agree, it's not the milk and dairy. Binged on that **** and had crazy high test and libido...also lots of acne though.

Probably the various xeno estrogens like birth control...

To the people who are on TRT in the US. Lets say USA goes to ****, or some sort of civil war with everything going on, and you are now unable to get your trt, how screwed would you be? A doc gave me a prescription a year ago because I was low T, I fixed that by losing a tons of weight, fixing my diet and lifting. My levels are in the high 700โ€™s now but I still want to take it, just concerned if things go haywire and I cant get it anymore.

So eating fast food, heavy processed food, staying up late watching TV, then going to an officel job and looking at a screen all day, and only exercising when you walk from your car to the grocery store is not healthy for men?

Who knew

There are certain things you could keep on hand to get your natty production kickstarted again. Sure you wouldn't be TRT levels but you wouldn't be like death with no production at all. I'm not sure if I'd be violating forum rules by saying the compounds, but all are legal with Rx from Dr. They also can be used to keep your fertile while on TRT if you wanna make babies.

Miscers need to start believing they are winners.

'Believing you're a winner' gives men a testosterone boost and promiscuous disposition

Being overweight decreases testosterone more than any of the conspiracies listed in this thread.

You eat a diet based on meat, vegetables and fruits and drinking filtered water, lift weights and sprint every once in awhile...guess what? Your weight will easily be managed and your test levels won't plummet despite everything else listed in this thread.

Most meatheads are surprising resourceful so I doubt the stream of T will run dry... if anything they would likely double or triple the TRT dose for maximum destruction of the other side.. which unfortunately for Dems all of their loyal followers are on gender reassignment and will likely self destruct trying to figure out which bathroom to use

The studies controlled for BMI, so this is not the issue.

Another thought... could be stress related.
