Computer nerds: Need a way to limit sites accessible on laptop *reps*

Nephew is playing fortnite instead of doing his school work and my brother wants me to block access to anything that isnt school work related. I'm sure there is a way but I dont know how. Anything built into windows that will enable this? Will also download though

log in to your router, go to firewall settings. block the fortnite website/servers for the game.

Uninstall Fortnite
Create another user that's not an admin and make him use that.
If he tries to install Fortnite he will be prompted to enter admin credentials. You might need to change the User Account Control (UAC) to strict or higher than default.

Yeah you need an admin password to edit the hosts file. And the game won't work if you mess up the fortnite url

I can remember as a teenager in early 2000’s we had a family computer. It sat right next to the TV with the screen facing the same direction as the TV screen (read: right at my dads eyes).

We didn’t get our own computer until we were in High School. Didn’t like it? Too bad, get a job, move out, do whatever you want.
