- Close to the mediterranian sea
- Close to Italy
- Close to the alps
- Cheap as phuck
- No neighbours close by
- Big land next to the forest and only around $70-80k
- Good climate. Short drive to Italy and croatia

I recall foreigners getting murdered there due to being foreigners a few years ago. They were people who bought land and a house.

I know very well the fundamentals sir. Generally speaking, the more species there are in a system, the more abundant and stable is the supply of its goods and services. Same with a monetary system. Bitcoin don´t have enough usecases to remain stable over time. But I´m not here to discuss that, so I´ll leave it at that.

I don´t know. Not a location with any demand perhaps, and some things not working properly maybe. Nothing that can´t be fixed probably. Slovenia seems like a nice country. Sure, the living standards might be lower and economy might not be as good, but that shouldn´t affect you too much if you can make a thousand bux a month to get by.

Just take weekend trips down to croatia and italy all within driving distance, if you want some excitement. Slovenia is unknown lowkey and in my opinion undervalued country. I don´t know if it´s a great buy or not, haven´t even looked into it. But looks like a good buy to me on the surface. Most properties in western europe and american cities are overpriced. In my city you wouldn´t get a small ass apartment for that money. Barely a closet, now that is overpriced. My apartment is pretty small and costs like 5x as much. I´d rather have a big garden than a small apartment. Fukk city life

I don´t fukking know the real estate market in Slovenia. I just found something that looked neat and posted it here. I´m just looking at properties in different countries for myself to buy later. Of course you need to visit the place and do research before you buy.

Yeah im not saying this is a diamond type property. Im willing to pay FMV in region, not looking for some super crazy deal but if my dollar goes farther there then its interesting no? On the map, it looks close to italy and austria. Been to both and those countries were awesome. If Slovenia is some sleepy little country that no one knows or cares about, then im interested. If its some war torn country run by corrupt politicians with poverty stricken people running around everywhere, then no thanks. I literally know nothing about the country.
