It's Germany, I'm pretty sure they have a police force dedicated to combating "online hate speech" as well just like in the UK. Arresting somebody for some bs reason like "endangering public health" isn't a very big step up from that.

Yes and no. They can raid him, if one of his conspiracies included one of the following:
- denying holocaust
- forbidden nazi symbolism like the swastika
- insulting or slandering people, who sued
- call to deny the human rights of certain groups or say they are unequal
- call to or threaten violence against certain groups or individuals

I might have missed something since I am not a lawyer, but that's basically it. Considering some of his guests (Erich Van Däniken the dude, who cam up with the ancient Alien stuff) he might have done some Holocaust denial or denied jews their human rights.
It might also have other reason like him some neonazis terrorist having bought his meal plan. Or it might be due to him falsely claiming to be a doctor and maybe having "scammed" some "patients".

I mean even in the US a lot of conspiracy theorists could be sued for defamation by some politicianor person due to being included in their theories. Happened to Alex Jones with Sandy Hook victims.
