HIV positive homosexual senator Scott Weiner successfully got penalty reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. As there are many bisexuals, this is not a gay problem only, your daughter is more likely to get HIV because of this guy.

Literally this, in my state Washington, this year they made purposely giving someone HIV a misdemeanor, and then they also passed a bill to teach sex-ed, and different genders (aka trannies) to kindergarteners.

It's a misdemeanor 'cause if you treat the aids with the right medication like every normal person, you live the same life as any normal being nowdays. Also I believe it would be very difficult to ensure that someone gave it to you on purpose.

the california state law specifically covers sex with intention of spreading it. "with intent" is covered under the law. You can lie about your HIV status, have unprotected sex and have specific intention in spreading it and its all just 6 months max if they actually get infected.

The most ironic and craziest part is that HIV is one of the highest risk categories for actually dying of COVID.

Insanity. Imagine two cellmates, one gave someone HIV and the other coughed on someone and pretended he had COVID but didnt. They play cards every day to pass the time until the HIV guy gets out first and the fake covid guy still has 30 months left to do.
