If these dumbasses would read real news they would know that Sydney said they are taking it to court. It will be roughly 2 weeks

Also look at who the judges are for the sixth, seventh, and eleventh circuits

Its like a movie coming to life.

Because Sydney/legal team has received thousands of evidence submissions. They are puting it all together so that everyone can clearly see what is happening. Remember this would take years under normal circumstances.

I haven’t spoken much but have been lurking at everything going on in this thread since page 12, I’ll give it 3 weeks and see if anything develops. Just don’t want this to be hype like the “Hunter Biden Laptop” that didn’t go anywhere in the end. Aren’t they on a time crunch? Doesn’t this have to be taken care of by some time in December?

Just read the judges decision. He says its okay to prevent poll watchers from observing the ballots as long as both parties are prevented, and its okay to prevent curing in red counties but allow it in blue counties.

So the judge doesnt dispute that these things happened, he just thinks its okay. I get that libs with no ethics agree but we'll see what Alito thinks.

You're reading it slightly wrong.

Judge brann said the poll watching claim was moot because the PA Supreme Court ruled on it during the case. During the case, on Tuesday I think, the PA Supreme Court made that point moot.

This complaint was dismissed with prejudice. It cannot be appealed or refiled.
