ITT: Share Tips on Screening Potential Business Partners

Since the misc is filled with CEO 10k/day’ers, pls share what to look out for when considering business partners if you’re knowledgeable in this area and/or an entrepreneur.

I’ve had a couple of friends/acquaintances approach me about joining them in business ventures they were considering this past year.

Haven’t looked into it much, but the quality and integrity of a potential business partner is clearly super important. Any tips for making sure you don’t get duped, financially tied to a stupid kunt, etc.? Also, should you do business with friends or no?

You need to ask them their slay count, what fraternity they are from, who their dream celebrity lay is. This is only the basics.

Obviously none of these questions should be asked or brought up directly and naturally worked into the conversation.

How much drinking is too much? I know very successful brahs who are alcohols, clinically speaking. Are functioning alchies a definite no go?
