As a reality TV star and real estate mogul, I have no idea how he was perceived by liberals. I was aware of his existence and thought he was a crassnouveau-richeperson but had no particular opinion on him. I don't think his perception was politicised at all.

As a POTUS candidate, I think he was quite disliked by liberals but not to the extent of motivating pissy Bernie bros to vote for Hillary.

Fast forward to 2020, he is hated to an extent by liberals more than any POTUS in the last 50 years, hence the record turnout against him.

I'm trying to think what bothered me about this post and it's this. The case is bullchit but there's no reason to give up on the GOP because of it. Rather you should use this as proof that Trumpism is not the answer but continue to hold to your core beliefs as a conservative. I'm a left-winger but have no issue with honest right wingers who respect the rule of law and the democratic process.

Trump requested machine recount in Georgia. He is going to lose the state for a third time.

Also he does have a very real tax fraud case against him in NY. As does Ivanka. Ivanka is on the board of Trump Co but also owns a consulting company. The Ivanka consulting co allegedly invoiced Trump Co for at least 700k for a Hawaii build. Trump Co allegedly tax deducted the 700k and I think Ivanka deducted her expenses.

You're not supposed to invoice consulting to a company you're on the board of.

If you go through any businesses taxes you're going to find something, so I have no idea whether this will amount to criminality or anything. It is almost impossible to do business taxes perfectly even for a small business, I have to deal with the IRS and TX Comptroller/SOS office regularly, but they've always been friendly to me. I don't know about NY state taxes.

Yep, been involved in Indiana state audits. Per their direct words, they're more concerned with compliance moving forward than punishment. Obviously, if they find something malicious that's probably a diff story

A lot of suspicious chit happened, but Courts require hard evidence - not speculation - to order a remedy.

The Court is not going to disenfranchise voting - the nation's core principle - because of speculation, or allegations based only on circumstantial evidence.

It's not going to happen.

At this point all Trump et al are doing is hurting the country, and they won't gain anything from it.

He needs to stop, or, at a minimum, stop with the press conferences and spreading chit in the media and just do the legal work and live with the outcome.

You don’t know what you’re saying. If this is over, then it’s also the end of the republic and the beginning of the technocracy. If regressives, big tech, MSM, and the CCP get away with this...every election here onwards will be an onslaught of blatant propaganda, censorship, and fraud.

Calling it circumstantial evidence just shows you aren't paying attention. A affidavit sworn under oath that postal workers were backdating postmarks is not circumstantial. Another swearing that poll workers were instructing ballot counters to correct incomplete ballots is not circumstantial..
