It's the free-market economy approach to population control.
We don't need that many human beings any more, and the ones we need are very very specialized. We don't need ditch diggers or milkmaids, we need doctors and AI researchers. That'sallwe need, because everything else is getting automated away.
The problem is, you're not going to turn into a doctor or AI researcher who's worth a chit until you're 30. So what do those doctors-in-training do until then? Fundamentally, they sit around and be fukking leeches on society. And they're not cheap leeches either, they're expensive 1st world leeches who wants to spend 3 decades sleeping in their own bedroom and eating fast food and buying a new Xbox before they give society a phucking cent in return.
So if you want 1st world kids who just sit and suck resources for literally a third of their lives, itshould cost a lot of money. Youshouldn'tbe able to have a bunch of kids who are all going to live at a 1st world standard while they either wait to be educated or contribute useless manual labor that a robot can do better anyway. That's just a massive drain on the system. And what have you as a parent contributed to pay for your crotch-fruit's largesse anyway?
The only solution is
-raise your kids in India-esque squalor,
orrrrr, if you want them to be raised at a first world standard of living
-drastically limit the number of kids you have.
