Take profit on defi chit (atleast original investment back) and let the rest run is my advice. Got burnt on these by keeping too long, defi chit is highly volatile and most will eventually be worthless.

I was watching the candle and it taught me a very valuable lesson that I didn't know before. When the orderbook is empty, dont think, just sell. Theres only two ways it can go. Either up with extreme slippage or down. If you still want it you can buy back in even heavier, but wait for the book to consolidate a little first.
