No danger in legal brothels. There are security (legit security paid by the state, not bodyguards) patroling these areas. I said its chit because most hookers are washed up 40+ yo armenian and gypsy women. Very rarely you'll find one above 5/10 and they are usually the busiest.

The real danger are in these untaxed/ underground brothels. Lots of tourist traps there. I used to go to one when I was in Ankara. Had hbb Turkish /Slavic women. Oldest was I think 30. I only went to that because I knew a friend who was friends with the pimp there. It got busted though.

I dont live in Istanbul. But if there ever was a possibility I'd talk to guy a bit on PM to figure out he ain't no creep or some chit like that, if he fine then why not I like most miscers.

Looks great brah but won't you lose the hair around it if you don't use a DHT blocker (finasteride) like the doctor prescribed? Have you tried microdosing it or using topical finasteride if 1mg a day gave you sides? Some docs recommend taking 1 mg 3 times a week or 0.25mg a day.
I guess you can get a second transplant down the line, if you have enough donor hair.

There are numbers online. Also those gypsies waiting by the freeway. Never tried that but I guess that could be risky.

Edit: I actually called one that I found on IG. Told me to meet her by some bank around 11 pm but I did not show up.


Edit: google:Karaköy genelevi. That is the name of Istanbul's red light district. Place is legal and std checked. You might run into some good hookers but no guarantee. Entry is free I think, if not then real cheap. You dont like them you can leave.

I've seen photos at 4-5 months of a friend and the hair doesn't look very dense, just sparse / thin hair in the transplanted area. How many months after the procedure are the hair gains most noticeable?

Did you ever chit yourself in the first few months thinking you aren't regrowing much?

The gains come right away, but then there is a shedding phase, as the hair begins to grow, that is like “wtf”, but then it all grows in pretty nicely. They say it takes a year for the finish product. I’m now at 14 months, as I did this procedure in September of 2019.

During the shedding phase I used a filler, so I think it helped with the mental part of it. I just sort of kept the faith and it all worked out

1 mg Fin per day also gave me unbearable sides. You should try 3 mg per week. It's often the sweet spot. No sides, high effectiveness.

Plenty of horror stories from hair transplants gone wrong in turkey. The doctor doesn't put the follicles in. The technicians do, and they pop em in with record speed so they can move to the next customer. It's a mass production industry. There's a reason it's so cheap. It's a hit or miss really.

The actual hairline looks very questionable tbh, they’ve made separate incisions below the main border to try and break it up, but the pattern is far too regular.
Did they put the single hair follicles in the front?
