Then CSS:
https://www.w3schools.com/css/

And when you feel confident with those, learn Javascript:

What are you trying to accomplish OP? Are you trying to build something for commerce or are you just wanting to build something static and display your resume? Apples and oranges.

If you just want to do something static you can build in HTML and CSS and host on AWS for ~ 51 cents a month. If commerce, IDK defer to the web / professionals.
