Just kidding the Moon landings were real. Hopefully you are joking too.
"All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible. This, I did." - T.E. Lawrence.

Death cometh soon or late.
And how can man die better
Than facing fearful odds,
For the ashes of his fathers,
And the temples of his gods” - Horatius.

The original moon landings were an international dick-measuring contest so the US could beat the USSR. Been there, done that

There's a mission next year to fly further to the moon and slightly further. It's the first in a several step program to send people to Mars

if you think we had the technology to somehow manage to go to the moon, land and then return back to earth in the 1960s then you are seriously brainwashed.
It was completely fabricated in Hollywood to get one over on the Russians in the "race to space" war

2. The moon does offer a great opportunity for use as a space port due to its reduced gravity, so we'll liely be back to take advantage of that on our way to Mars.
The only reason to go to the moon is to go elsewhere in the solar system. It is not a destination in and of itself at this point.

The human desire to explore unknown objects is quite clear, but it is worthless to spend time on the colonization of other planets. We surely have to find out as much information as we can about all the stuff from space that can influence the earth, but instead of colonization, it would be much better to find a way to protect the Earth. For now, we have different space companies all over the world that can not only create devices for Earth observation but also create workplaces thus giving people the opportunity for long living on the Earth.

I don't believe we ever went. SRS Literally impossible with the technology of the day. They just faked it for political reasons. The US government has a track record of deceiving everyone whenever possible. I will never trust any government for any reason, ever in my life.

The last manned mission to the moon was late 1972 by the United States.
There were no missions by any country from 1976 up to 1990.
Only a handful of other countries have had successful
orbiters since that time.
Even less have had successful rovers/landers.
Makes you wonder why they would invest so much into going up there if it was just a ball of "nothing."
Not to mention, was our tech literally 50 + years ahead of everyone else?

Since the 60s trillions have been wasted on social programs. Imagine what could have been if that money was spent on space exploration. I blame the left, they are concerned with looking down in the dirt rather than up at the stars.

Because the American'ts basically found out that there isn't chit out there, which is what the Chinese have been knowing for centuries.
The American'ts love to waste money on useless chit because they have so much stolen resources.
