Supervising women

Had female (not attractive so no pics) complain to my boss that I made her do work that was unsafe.

Boss told me to make her go back and do it because he wanted it done lol. Work wasn't unsafe either it was just unpleasant.

How do you deal with females subordinates they complain behind your back so much? Is it best to just not hire women or if you supervise them send them off on their own or to the basement office?

I think knowing how to deal with people like this is the world's hardest question.

You need a system with responsibilities, clearly stated, secure, with clear accountability and most of all, people judging any work to keep people honest.

Work these days is all a game.

I pity you as you need to manage females. As for myself, walking on hot broken class shreds seems more pleasant than managing a team of females and males under 35.

Cheers
