The dude is Marino Katsouris. He has a fitness YouTube that I watch here and there. He actually comes across as a super shy and down to earth guy and not the dbag you might associate with someone that looks like him. I think he's talked about how he was a very shy nerdy kid and is a huge introvert, as is she.

Kinda funny because since I "follow them" I can say neither of them come across even remotely close to how you'd think based on their looks. Actually seems like a super chill and good couple. Do tons of goofy sh!t together and seem opposite of most vapid fitness couples.

Agreed on her face being a little off, but her body is about as close to perfect as you can get.
