Any of you guys been tested for COVID?

It sounds unpleasant, they shove something up your nose.

I really don't want to have anything shoved up my nose. I have a deviated septum and one side is more occluded than the other. Fuuark, brahs.


I might have to get a COVID test in the future since places are doing lockdowns and quarantines and chit.

I did and was negative. The q-tip was not that far up my nose. Now the doc's dink in my anoos, that was deep.

I've had it done twice and it felt like they were swabbing my frontal lobe. It was unpleasant, but over in a second.

Took the saliva test. Spit in a little bottle and mix it with a solution. No swab needed

I’ve gotten 4 tests so far.

All have been mouth swabs, all negative, even when I was sick.

Got tested a little over a week ago. Daughter came home from college and she ended up positive, so everyone in the house had to get tested. All were negative. I was actually expecting to be positive, since I had some symptoms (albeit very mild). Must have just been run of the mill "bug" of some kind.

The test isn't that bad at all. It's a little "weird" and if you're not good with even mild discomfort, you might not love it. But it's pretty fast and easy.

I work for a university and have “randomly” been selected at least 4 times for testing. Fortunately it’s just a saliva test, but I still feel like a dirty cow every time I go get tested.

I've been tested twice, both at a drive thru at a hospital.

The first time was literal torture, she shoved it up one of my nostrils and twisted it and my eye was completely bloodshot and pouring tears by the time it was finished.

The second time I told her about the previous experience, and that I only was taking this test because I needed a negative so I could travel internationally, and she barely even shoved it up there(which I appreciated).

I've been saying this since February, but COVID is just a giant scam.

I had it done in the ER.They just stick two long qtips down your nose in each side. It's like nothing.

They don’t go deep anymore lol. I’m so glad I didn’t get one of those tests. It’s not bad at all (well the 3hr wait sucked)

I had to fly for work so got tested. Negative

I asked for the anti-body test but they said no...the test for if you have covid at time of taking test seems quite limited
