One thing ITT that has improved your life

What is something that you do/have done that has genuinely made you happier???

For me it was that I set up a saltwater aquarium. Takes a lot of maintenance and took my mind off of Covid. What about you

I have some birthday cards that my parents gave me from when I was growing up. If it adds value to your life / well being then keep it. For other items you can take a picture of it that way you'll always have the memory without the physical item taking up space.

My problem is like you know they will be gone one day..so I feel so bad getting rid of things they give me. Just postponing the pain to be honest...but I know where you're coming from. It feels so nice to have minimal belongings and a very clean place

The lockdown. It both allowed me & forced me to spend hours per day doing breathwork and meditation. I truly believe I’ve learned more about myself and the world in the past year than I otherwise would’ve in 10.

Throwing random things like spinach, ginger root, blueberries and random vegetables into my blender and then drinking it. Great for the gut, aesthetics, mental health etc.
